Great family time in lovely facilities at a beautiful location. Positive: It was a great location, close to everything we wanted to see, with ample room for the four of us. Loved the quietness and the space, even though there were other villas close by you didn't feel too close to anyone. Great balcony which would have got lots of use in warmer weather. Having a full kitchen meant we could enjoy a meal in with ease too. Saw some wildlife too ... always a bonus. Great host who was helpful getting key information to us when then email didn't arrive from Booking.com. Negative: The only thing that could have worked better is the follow up from Booking.com. The confirmation email with key code and map was supposed to be sent on the morning of our arrival. It never arrived (and still hasn't). This is not my usual experience with Booking.com but it could have caused us a problem. Luckily the host was available by phone and helped us out which was fantastic!

Positive: Great location and facilities. Villa was predominantly clean and well sized and equipped. Negative: Shower a little old, a fair bit of mould and the floor of shower was very flexi and noisy underfoot, needs a little TLC.

Great family friendly holiday. Positive: The villa was lovely and clean. The resort facilities were wonderful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Internet wasn't working when we first arrived, but this was instantly resolved when the hosts were made aware. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Phillip Island. Negative: We would have loved to have stayed longer had we had more time..... so much to see and do on the island.
