A must stay for any family or group Positive: The whole place is just amazing. With everything they have to offer, there's no need to move away from the villa property. Would recommend it to anyone looking at a fantastic place to stay all in reach f everthing Philip Island has to offer

Positive: Fijne plek om te verblijven. Ons huisje had een prachtig uitzicht. Alles zag er netjes uit.

Positive: The location was great. Lot's of bunnies and birds around the property,even cowes. The villa was cosy and clean. Negative: The health club was very close to our villa. We wanted to use the sauna, but noticed the temperature was 39c both days. When we spoke to reception, they mentioned that it was in repair. There was no sign next to it, and they couldn't give us a timeframe when it would be fixed. They pointed out to use the other sauna, which was further away, but was slightly bigger with the correct temperature. I would also recommend having a shower next to the sauna and a change room.

Great family time in lovely facilities at a beautiful location. Positive: It was a great location, close to everything we wanted to see, with ample room for the four of us. Loved the quietness and the space, even though there were other villas close by you didn't feel too close to anyone. Great balcony which would have got lots of use in warmer weather. Having a full kitchen meant we could enjoy a meal in with ease too. Saw some wildlife too ... always a bonus. Great host who was helpful getting key information to us when then email didn't arrive from Booking.com. Negative: The only thing that could have worked better is the follow up from Booking.com. The confirmation email with key code and map was supposed to be sent on the morning of our arrival. It never arrived (and still hasn't). This is not my usual experience with Booking.com but it could have caused us a problem. Luckily the host was available by phone and helped us out which was fantastic!
